High carbon ferromanganese is an alloy composed of manganese and iron. Manganese iron is divided into three types based on its carbon content: low-carbon type: carbon not greater than 0.7%; Medium carbon category: carbon not exceeding 0.7% to 2.0%; High carbon category: carbon content shall not exceed 2.0% to 8.0%.
